CASS
LAKE MISSION TRIP
From July 16 - 23, 2005 our high school youth traveled to Cass Lake, Minnesota on a
Youthworks mission trip. Cass Lake is located about 560 miles
from All Saints Lutheran Church and about 205 miles northwest of Minneapolis.
It is the home of the Leech Lake Ojibwe or Chippewa Indian. While there,
our youth led a hands-on program for
children, Kids Club, which offered high-energy games, crafts, skits,
songs, and interactive lessons all designed to help kids learn about Jesus. They also helped
area residents with home improvement
projects.
