Those wishing to use the pantry are asked to bring proof of residence to the first visit, and also to the first visit of each calendar year. A current driver's license, rental agreement, utility bill, or other official document verifying your address can be used. Volunteers at the pantry will then register each client. Clients may come to the pantry once per month. 

In addition to choosing foods to take home, clients may be given certificates to use to obtain dairy foods and produce at the Wales Pick and Save.  The pantry uses federal income guidelines to qualify clients as follows:
